Payment Methods
Our Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments unless merchandise is picked up in person. Personal/bank checks, wired funds, and money orders are accepted but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.
Google Pay is now available.
Domestic Shipping
We provide free shipping for a limited time only within the 48 continental United States. All Promotional items and Custom items are not included.

Order Tracking
We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your goods in Customer Login or with the corresponding freight forwarder.
Back Orders
On rare occasions, some items may be out of stock. Most back orders will ship within 7–14 days. Back orders are automatically fulfilled as soon as merchandise becomes available.
Sales Tax
For orders being purchased and shipped to any California, Florida, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas address, we collect sales tax which ranges from 6.25% to 9.75%.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled anytime before they have been shipped. The only exception would be if a special custom order is already in production. A cancellation number will be assigned upon cancellation of an order. You will need to provide this cancellation number in the event of an order discrepancy.
Return Policies
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund (Custom, Closeout, and Red Tag Sale are excluded. See below for detail.) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer’s defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in the case of company error.

We have implemented and use Google Display Advertising for Remarketing purposes to advertise online.
